 We specialize in construction scheduling services for large (over 20 MM) and small scale contracts, including  projects for highways, bridges, airports, as well as residential projects.   

   Scheduling services that we provide including:  

· Review Contract drawings and contract specifications and create  

   comprehensive and accurate critical path method (CPM) schedules (Baseline)

   for design and construction projects using Primavera P6.

· Prepare baseline narrative for the Baseline schedule.

· Work closely with Project Managers to update the baseline schedule and 

  provide monthly update.

· Do monthly site visits with the team. 

· Analyze potential risks that impact project scope and propose mitigation 

  strategies, as needed.

· Do scenario analysis and what-if analysis for project managers, as needed. 

· Track contract changes from the start until Change Order is finalized.  Introduce fragments to track changes within the project schedule and

  analyze impacts. 

  Schedule Development: Create, maintain, and update comprehensive and

  accurate critical path method (CPM) schedules for design and construction

  projects using Primavera P6.  These are used to perform comparative 

  analyses with those schedules provided per contract by the designers and 

  construction contractors.

  • Resource  Allocation: Ensure proper resource allocation within the schedule, identifying constraints and  optimizing resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program and project managers,  construction management team and consultants to gather inputs and      incorporate feedback into the scheduling process.
  • Progress  Monitoring: Monitor project  progress and performance against established schedules using input from  program teams and construction management team, identifying potential delays and proposing  solutions to maintain timelines.
  • Risk Management: Analyze and assess potential risks that could      impact project schedules, developing and proposing mitigation strategies  as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly schedule updates and      performance reports to stakeholders, facilitating discussions on schedule  adherence and any necessary adjustments.
  • Change Management: Manage and document changes to the project scope   and schedule, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates and  revisions.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on scheduling tools and best practices to enhance overall team efficiency and standardization
